Composition: Lead copper antimony sulfide

Nomenclature: Named after the French mineralogist, J. L. de Bournon.

Industrial Uses: Ore of lead and copper.

Additional Notes: Bournonite frequently occurs in twinned crystals that have a jagged, wheel-like shape. For this reason, bournonite is also referred to as "wheel ore" and "cog-wheel ore."
